Are You passionate about Business Development? Would You like to be a part of a development team for securities transactions and processing used in all Baltic countries? We are looking for a Business Developer to join our team at the Baltic Product Development and Technology Organization.

What you will be doing?

We are on the journey to automate various securities transactions processes and develop solutions for our clients to be a world class service provider.
With our ambitious plans in mind, we are looking for a Business Developer, who has a can-do mindset and a desire to be part of a well performing team where continuous improvement is part of the team’s DNA.

You will work in an international environment and have a close collaboration inside the development team and with other professionals in respective assignments. You’ll have the opportunity to work with complex solutions for the investments area, that will give you a good industry knowledge.

As a Business Developer you will be responsible for

Working together with the team to build the best Custody business processes for all clients;
Developing secure and functional solutions for investments and securities transactions processes based on the best global practises and standards;
Continuous innovation to ensure feasible products and processes in Custody area;
Creating development requirements and begin a part of the entire development lifecycle;
Maintaining and supporting existing products/services;
Ensuring compliance with area-specific regulation (SCoRE, CSDR, SRD II, etc.);
Testing new and existing developments and solutions;
Advise and support colleagues regarding custody products and services.

Who we are looking for

Experience in product development;
Show endless drive for pursuing innovative solutions to complex problems;
Communicate and cooperate effectively with team members, as well stakeholders across the Baltics;
Manage priorities and workload effectively;
High level of energy and drive for delivering customer value;
Experience and knowledge of investment products, processes and associated regulatory framework would be an advantage;
Curiosity to know the latest trends in Custody business and willingness to implement them;
Fluency in English and Estonian.
