We are looking for a Product owner in Internet bank team who will drive developments related to Internet bank service. Your task is to develop product vision, communicate and collaborate with all related teams to drive development and plan on execution. You will be bringing customer voice to the delivery team, developing product requirements, prioritizing, and managing transparent product backlog for the delivery team.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Track record of product ownership (preferable in digital channels area)
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to interact successfully within all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinking and innovative mind-set
- Strong analytical skills
- Quality-oriented mind-set and attention to details
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Confidence in making and justifying decisions, but flexible enough to change direction if needed
- Ability to write clear requirements
- University degree in Technology or Business area
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and one of the Baltic languages (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian)
