About the role:
We are looking for an Senior UI Designer with expertise in mobile interfaces (iOS & Android) to join SEB design team.Our team operates across the Baltic countries, working in different product teams while also maintaining centralized design reviews, stand-ups, and cooldown sessions to ensure consistency and collaboration.
In this role, you will work closely with the mobile UX designer and other members of our Baltic mobile teams to craft exceptional UI designs for both private and business customers.
You will be responsible for creating mobile designs that are not only visually stunning, but also user-centered.
Additionally, you’ll play a key role in refining our existing processes and helping elevate our design standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly mobile interfaces, ensuring that UI screens are development-ready by considering both technical constraints and business needs
- Lead the creation and maintenance of a design library, ensuring consistency and scalability across all mobile UI components
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to review current solutions and craft improvements that enhance the overall user experience and brand representation
- Advocate for the importance of UX/UI in delivering seamless, high-quality mobile experiences
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a UI Designer, particularly with mobile projects (native mobile platforms preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its technical aspects to maximize design precision and workflow efficiency
- Experience with design systems and libraries, ensuring consistency and maintaining an efficient, scalable approach to design across multiple projects
- A strong ability to balance creativity with practicality, understanding project constraints and delivering effective design solutions
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with sprint planning, user stories, demos and iterative design processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers

€2,700 – €4,100 a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
