Your responsibilities will include:

• Propose, drive, and implement quality improvements in SDLC process together with other area experts;
• Propose and formulate SDLC Quality Assurance roadmap;
• Practice individual as well as one-to-one coaching with team members;
• Changing teams and organizational culture to promote shared ownership of software quality;
• Building toward long-term continuous improvement.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:​

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (software testing/quality or similar) leadership role;
• Broad and deep technical and theoretical knowledge in software development quality assurance process throughout SDLC, relevant tools and methods;
• Broad and deep understanding and practice in both manual as well as automated software testing;
• Knowledge and experience on how to set up processes from the ground up and innovate in improving existing processes;
• Excellent coaching skills;
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate at all organizational levels;
• Good understanding and practice in working in Agile;
• Passion for being a team player with fluency in English.
