As a Strategy Manager you will define and deliver segment strategies, offerings and innovative business solutions for the Retail customers (Private & SME) in Baltic countries. You are responsible for securing income, profitability, customer satisfaction and long-term relationships with our Retail customers.

We are looking for a colleague who is strategic and solution-oriented, ambitious and self-motivated, success-driven with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and have previous experience in Retail banking.

Your responsibilities will include

• Define and deliver Retail customer segments’ and sub-subsegments’ business and pricing strategies and value offerings;
• Define and deliver business goals in Baltics;
• Ensure customer (sub)segments profitability;
• Prioritise Retail business focus areas and set development roadmap based on customers’ needs and business goals;
• Develop and implement customer loyalty solutions and clients’ servicing models;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Oversee competitiveness landscape, follow market trends and suggest required actions;
• Act as cooperation partner to relevant stakeholders (e.g development organization, MarCom, Digital banking ect) to reach business goals and ensure high customer satisfaction;
• Lead and/or participate Baltic and/or local projects

Who we are looking for?

• Degree in Finance/Economics;
• Previous experience in working in banking, preferably in Retail organization;
• Experience in working with clients, good understanding of customers’ needs and behavior;
• Good understanding of financial market trends and knowledge of banking products and distribution channels;
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, ability to influence and inspire cross-border teams and lead projects;
• Strategic and solution-oriented thinking;
• Strong holistic view, business drive and acumen;
• Fluent written and spoken Estonian and English language skills.
